Thinking back to the article I read some months ago, I have been pondering how does modesty extend to other areas of our life? For quite some time I have been convinced that modesty goes beyond our clothes. It extends into our conversation and our actions as well. When you look up Modest in the dictionary it gives this definition: having or showing regard for the decencies of behavior, speech, dress. So why is it that today when we discuss modesty, we only talk about our clothes. By definition it extends to both our actions as well as our speech. This certainly has implications for us ladies.
